One of the main things that differentiates Speech Improvement Center from other speech therapy clinics is our training programs.

We offer a top-tier training programs that you won’t find elsewhere. We will train and develop you into a leader in the field. You will not only learn and grow as a clinician, but also as an individual. You will learn about customer service, making client relationships, teamwork, and everything else you need to know to become a leader and run your own center.

When you first start with us, you will get 2 full weeks of training in which everything will be covered such as taking soap notes, writing data, writing reports, speaking with parents and etc. You will also get to go to your clinic and shadow the therapists there for a couple days to familiarize yourself with the clinic and parents. We have guidance for you every step of the way.

We also have opportunities for you to grow within the company. All our employees go through our trainings for customer service, team work, and MQI preparation on their 30, 90, and 180th day with the company.
